RealEstateHQ is an Ontario / GTA real estate media site. We publish market news, data explainers, buyer and landlord guides, calculators, and career / licensing resources so readers can follow the official path with clearer numbers — not louder opinions.

How we work
Our editorial method is public data plus original analysis. We prefer primary sources — RECO, Ontario Ministry of Finance, City of Toronto, TRREB, CMHC, Statistics Canada, Bank of Canada, Urbanation, and the four RECO-designated education providers — and we date-stamp fees and rules that change. We do not scrape competitor sites or invent pass rates.
Exam Fast Track (optional)
RealEstateHQ also builds Exam Fast Track — optional study systems for Ontario's Meazure / RECO-path exams.
Exam Fast Track — pass-prep for Ontario's Meazure exams, built to sit beside any RECO-designated provider.
It is:
- an optional study system
- not designated by RECO
- not a way to register as a salesperson or broker
- not a replacement for Humber, Algonquin, Fleming, or Career College Group
You still enrol with one of the four RECO-designated providers and write Meazure exams. Our practice items are original study questions mapped to publicly described course topics — not leaked or reconstructed official questions. "Fast Track" means a tighter study plan and first-attempt prep, not a shorter official program and not a guaranteed pass.
Our story
RealEstateHQ — formerly Real Estate License HQ — was founded in 2012 by Daren, Brent, and Jacky. What started as licensing guides for aspiring Ontario agents grew into a broader platform for market analysis, buyer resources, career development, and industry news, written in plain language and free to read.
