Use original banks and practice mocks beside provider eLearning. Practice length is for study only — not the official Meazure exam length.

Course 1 is $67 CAD lifetime on one account. Later salesperson-path modules are planned on the same account when they open for purchase — no short expiry window on what you buy.

Lifetime access vs short windows
Some popular third-party prep products use short access windows — for example, Passit-style offerings are often listed around ~$29.99 for roughly six weeks. That can work if your exam date is fixed. Exam Fast Track Course 1 is $67 CAD with lifetime access on one account: you pay once and keep the material through delays, reschedules, or a rewrite. Later program modules are planned on that same account when they open for purchase. This is a respectful comparison of access models, not a claim that any competitor's content is worse.

Write the Meazure Learning exam
Course 1 ends in a theory exam administered by Meazure. Confirm booking rules and any rewrite policy with your provider.

Continue through pre-registration
Courses 2–5 and both simulation sessions must finish within 24 months of starting your first course. Then apply to register with RECO within one year of completing the program.

When Course 1 Fast Track opens, the first 50 waitlist members get early access to the first module and the free diagnostic. Later program modules notify the same waitlist when they open. No fabricated star ratings, testimonials, or pass-rate claims — just a real queue.

What is Exam Fast Track?
An optional Ontario real estate exam prep study system that sits beside any RECO-designated provider (Humber, Algonquin, Fleming, or Career College Group). The lead offer is Course 1 Fast Track: nine lessons, a 15-question diagnostic, 180 original MCQs, two 40-question practice mocks, and a 14-day plan — $67 CAD lifetime for one account. It is not designated by RECO and does not replace your provider.
Is Exam Fast Track approved or designated by RECO?
No. RealEstateHQ is not a RECO-designated education provider. Fast Track is optional study material only. You must enrol with Humber, Algonquin, Fleming, or Career College Group and write Meazure exams to progress toward registration.
Does Fast Track replace Humber, Algonquin, Fleming, or Career College Group?
No. It is built to sit beside any of the four RECO-designated providers. You still complete official eLearning and Meazure exams through your chosen school.
Are the practice questions from official Meazure or RECO exams?
No. All practice items are original questions mapped to publicly described Course 1 topics (including TRESA and the RECO framework). We do not use leaked, reconstructed, or official exam questions.
What does the $67 lifetime price include?
Course 1 Fast Track: nine lessons, the diagnostic, 180 original MCQs, Mock A and Mock B (40 questions each for practice), and the 14-day plan, on one account for as long as you need it. Taxes may apply at checkout when live. A bundle at $167 is planned but not available yet.
Is checkout live? Can I buy now?

How long are the practice mocks compared to the real exam?
Mock A and Mock B are 40 questions each and are for practice length only. They are not the official Meazure Course 1 exam length or format. Confirm official exam details with your provider.
What is the 24-month pre-registration deadline?
RECO requires you to complete the entire pre-registration phase within 24 months of starting your first course. Fast Track does not change that clock — it is optional companion practice for Meazure-style prep as you move through the path. Course 1 is the module open for waitlist today.
How does lifetime access compare to Passit-style windows?
Some third-party prep products (for example Passit-style offerings often listed around ~$29.99 for roughly six weeks) use time-limited access. Fast Track Course 1 is $67 CAD with lifetime access on one account, so a delayed booking or rewrite does not expire your materials. This is a pricing-model comparison, not a claim that any competitor is inferior.
Is there a refund policy?
A 7-day unused refund placeholder will apply when checkout goes live — details will be confirmed at purchase. Until then, joining the waitlist does not charge your card.
When will Courses 2–5, simulations, broker, and mortgage prep launch?
C2–C5 and Sim1/Sim2 are program modules planned for the same account later — portal banks exist, but customers cannot buy or access them yet. Broker Qualifying and FSRA Mortgage Agent L1 are further roadmap items. We are not publishing launch dates. Join the waitlist and note your interest if you want updates.
