Not a brokerage or designated provider

RealEstateHQ is not a real estate brokerage and is not one of the four RECO-designated education providers. We do not register salespersons or brokers.

Calculators are estimates

Land transfer tax, mortgage payment, and income-to-buy tools are estimates. They may omit rebates, exemptions, lender rules, condo fees, or municipal nuances. Confirm final numbers with your lawyer, lender, and the City of Toronto / Ontario Ministry of Finance pages that apply to your deal.

Education fees and rules change

Tuition, exam fees, schedules, and program requirements at Humber, Algonquin, Fleming, and Career College Group change. RECO and Meazure Learning policies change. Verify live on the official provider and RECO learners pages before you pay or book.

Exam Fast Track disclosure

Exam Fast Track products from RealEstateHQ are:

• optional study systems for Ontario Meazure / RECO-path exams
• not designated by RECO
• not a substitute for enrolment with a RECO-designated provider
• not a guarantee that you will pass or become licensed
• built from original practice items mapped to publicly described course topics — not official, leaked, or reconstructed exam questions

"Fast Track" means a structured study plan and first-attempt prep. It does not shorten the official education timeline and does not let you skip eLearning, simulations, or Meazure exams.

Exam Fast Track — pass-prep for Ontario's Meazure exams, built to sit beside any RECO-designated provider.

Accuracy and sources

We aim to cite primary sources and date-stamp figures. If something is wrong, email info@realestatehq.ca with the URL and an official source. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free content.

Affiliates and advertising

We may show ads (including Google AdSense) and, later, non-competing affiliate offers (for example mortgage or tools). Those relationships do not change our editorial duty to separate official RECO / provider information from optional RealEstateHQ prep. We will not place competing exam-prep vendor offers as if they were the official path.
