Rob Worthington is Real Estate HQ's Career Mentor and lead voice on everything related to building a real estate career in Ontario. He earned his RECO registration in 2003, spent fifteen years as a top-producing agent in Mississauga and Oakville, and went on to own and operate an independent brokerage with 42 agents from 2018 to 2023.
Today Rob focuses on teaching the next generation of agents. He delivers Humber College's continuing education curriculum on RECO compliance, advertising rules, and trust account management, and has mentored over 200 new licensees through their first year in the business. His career guides on Real Estate HQ are required reading for several local brokerages onboarding new salespeople.
Rob is a past director of the Mississauga Real Estate Board and currently serves on the OREA Professional Standards Committee. He writes from one core conviction: a successful real estate career is built on systems, compliance, and reputation — never shortcuts.
